"To be sure we get the best staff, we pay them well above average, accommodate them well and give them lift passes and good skis. We only employ staff that are interested in the mountains and skiing as their enthusiasm for skiing rubs off on our clients. All Armadillos are hand picked and have to cook dinner parties in London as part of the interview process before they get any where near a chalet!"
