YSE
is the biggest specialist chalet operator in Val
d'Isère.
Positions
We require a team of qualified chefs, keen cooks
and assistants to run chalets from 4 to 60 guests
from the end of November to May.
This gives you the opportunity to work in Europe's
top ski resort and ski 6 days a week with full professional
back-up. The cooking jobs involve menu-planning,
stock control, budgeting, cleaning and shopping/ordering
supplies. The assistants help the chalet cooks and
clean the chalets.
Applicants should demonstrate a genuine love of
good food, show enthusiasm and a sense of pride
in their work, and have a friendly personality and
an interest in dealing with our guests.
You must be over 21 to apply unless you have exceptional
cooking skills.

Val d'Isère, France.
Pay Packet
The package includes board, lodging, lift pass,
uniform, insurance, transport to and from the resort
and ski equipment. Salary discussed at interview.
